Windows Vista and XP Will Choose the Browser in Europe

Microsoft eventually agreed to the proposal originally put forward by the European Union, relating to the company display a menu with different browsers available for download (Ballot Screen Browser), many were left wondering whether this was applicable only Windows 7.
Luckily for them the news is quite positive because the option to choose the browser to the user should also be applicable in both Windows XP and in Vista.
Then all that remains for us to know is the list of browsers that will be included in this screen, this will be defined that included the browsers that have a market share of at least 0.5% (within the European Union).
This fee is calculated based on average monthly use of different browsers, so that a company can put this in your browser window, should not include any additional software to it.
But that is not the only condition that must fulfill a browser to appear on the list, because each provider may not offer more than one browser and not be able to offer browsers that are based on the rendering engine used in Interner Explorer.
